1. These Terms

1.1 What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which Stellar Adorn supplies products to you.

1.2 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order to us. By submitting your order, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms explain who we are, how we provide products, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there's a problem, and other important information.


2. Information about Us and How to Contact Us

2.3 How we may contact you. If we need to contact you, we will do so by telephone or email using the contact details you provided when you placed your order.


3. Our Contract with You

3.1 How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you with an order confirmation, at which point a contract will come into effect between you and us.

3.2 If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you via email and will not charge you for the product. Reasons may include the product being out of stock, failing our quality checks, or errors in pricing or descriptions.

3.3 Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and include it in the confirmation email. It will help us if you refer to this number when contacting us.


4. Our Products

4.1 Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes. Because our jewelry is handcrafted from natural materials, its composition and color may vary slightly. This includes natural gemstones, which may have slight inclusions.

4.2 Provenance of materials. All of our products are made with sustainable materials. Specifically:

  • All our products are made from sustainably sourced moissanite, recycled gold, and recycled sterling silver.

5. Rights to Make Changes to the Contract

5.1 Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. If you need to return the item, please see the Returns section for details.


6. Providing the Products

6.1 Delivery costs. Delivery costs will be displayed to you on our website during checkout.

6.2 When we will provide the products. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order and confirm the shipment via email once it has been dispatched.

6.3 We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If delays occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., shipping carrier issues), we will notify you as soon as possible.

6.4 When you become responsible for the goods. You are responsible for the products once we have delivered them to the address you provided.

6.5 When you own the goods. You own the products once payment is received in full.


7. Your Rights to End the Contract

7.1 You can always end your contract with us. Your rights depend on the product and the reason for ending the contract.

7.2 Ending the contract due to our actions. If we have informed you about an issue with the product or contract, you can end it and receive a full refund.

7.3 Exercising your right to change your mind. You can change your mind and request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

7.4 Exclusions from the right to change your mind. Custom and sale items cannot be returned, and items that have been worn or damaged are non-returnable.


8. How to End the Contract (Including if You Have Changed Your Mind)

8.1 Notify us to end the contract. You can notify us by calling +1 (934) 600-1089 or emailing info@stellaradorn.com.

8.2 Returning the product. If you are returning a product, please follow our return procedure to ensure the return is processed correctly. Returns not following this procedure may not be refunded.

8.3 Who pays the return costs?

  • If the item is faulty or misdescribed, we will cover the return costs.
  • For other returns, you will be responsible for return shipping and customs duties.

8.4 Refunds. We will refund the price you paid for the product (excluding return shipping fees) by the payment method used.

8.5 Refund deductions. If the product is returned in a damaged or worn condition, we may reduce the refund to reflect the decrease in value.

8.6 Refund timeline. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment.


9. Our Rights to End the Contract

9.1 We may end the contract if you break it. We reserve the right to cancel the contract if you fail to make payment, provide necessary information, or allow delivery.


10. If There Is a Problem with the Product

10.1 How to report problems. If there’s an issue with your product, please contact our customer service team at info@stellaradorn.com.

10.2 Your legal rights. You have a legal right to a refund or replacement if the product is faulty or misdescribed, under applicable consumer protection laws.

10.3 Our warranty. All Stellar Adorn products come with a one-year warranty. If a product breaks within one year, we will replace it free of charge, subject to proof of purchase.


11. Price and Payment

11.1 Price of products. The price of the product will be shown on the order pages when you place the order. Taxes and duties (if applicable) will be added at checkout.

11.2 Import charges. International orders may be subject to customs or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

11.3 Payment methods. We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and other major payment methods.


12. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage

12.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss. We are responsible for any loss or damage caused by our failure to meet these terms, but we are not liable for losses that were unforeseeable.

12.2 Exclusions of liability. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including in cases of death or injury caused by our negligence.


13. How We May Use Your Personal Information

13.1 Data usage. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.


14. Other Important Terms

14.1 No third-party rights. Only you and Stellar Adorn have rights under this contract.

14.2 Legal jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence.
