Cancellations & Returns

We offer a 30-day return & refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancel within 24 hours
    Full refund will be issued as production has not started.

    However, to ensure delivery within 7 days, we may quickly initiate procurement and production. If any costs are incurred as a result, these may be deducted from your refund.

  • Cancel after 24 hours
    A 15% deduction will apply for material and labor costs. Rush and shipping fees are fully refundable.

  • Cancel after 48 hours
    A 30% deduction will apply due to advanced production. Rush and shipping fees are fully refundable.

  • Cancel after shipment or delivery
    For quality-related issues, please provide evidence within 3 days of receipt. We will assist with return, refund, or warranty service.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

All items are handmade and quality-inspected before shipping.

  • Returns due to quality issues
    Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or videos of defects. We cover return shipping and offer a full refund, repair, or replacement.
    Quality issues include broken prongs or arms, loose or fallen stones, and significant order mismatches. Natural variations in stones, dissatisfaction with size or shape are not quality issues.

  • Returns due to personal reasons
    Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. A 30% craftsmanship fee (to cover return processing fee and re-production costs) and return shipping fees will be deducted. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection.

  • Personalized & custom items
    Products customized to customer requirements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

3. Defective / Damaged Items

  • Email us with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • We will process refund or replacement within 72 hours.

4. Non-Quality Return Procedure

  • Contact service within 30 days for return approval.

  • Pay return shipping cost and provide tracking label.

  • A 30% craft fee applies to cover return processing fee and re-production costs; 70% of the product amount will be refunded.

5. Return Shipping & Processing

  • Quality issues: We cover return shipping.

  • Other returns: Customer pays return shipping cost.

  • Processing time: 1 week for warehouse receipt and inspection.

  • Refund is issued to original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-quality returns.
